Matthew 24:12-13 “And because of lawlessness (evil) being brought to the full (ie, brought to it’s finish), the love of the many will grow cold, but he that endured throughout (this time of trouble/evil), the same shall be saved”.
Rev.3:10″Because you did keep my word of endurance, I also will keep you out of the hour of trial, which is about to come upon the whole habitable world, to try them that dwell upon the earth”.
To “remain” doesn’t mean necessarily to stay in the same earthly geographic location. It consists rather, in a condition or state of being internally unmoved. It is a steadfastness of purpose -worldview – wherein an individual refuses to be moved by emotions or what one sees or hears of the goings on in the surrounding culture or world.
In order to live in this state or condition the individual must see the purpose of evil as the preparer of the way for good; must see through the evil, rather than at it. If you do this, you are keeping the word of endurance, and hence will avoid the consequences of the trial which millions of others must go through.
To continuously see at the evil, what my comrade RYU calls LDO – the latest daily outrage – causes an internal resistive reaction which cannot be helped, as it’s like an instantaneous instinctive trigger mechanism which acts without control of the Will, and when it occurs, brings about the symptoms described above in the saying of Jesus’ in Matthew.
This looking at, causes a continuous wearing down of the soul, a weakening, producing discouragement, pessimism, depression, and a “what’s the use” attitude, on the part of the individual, as well as many symptoms of psycho problems and physical sickness and/or disease. This is how the adversary/satan overcomes the saints (Rev. 13:7).
Seeing through the evil to it’s ultimate purpose of bringing into manifestation of the good, delivers one (saves) from the above negatives and enables endurance/steadfastness and frees one from the symptoms which many others suffer from.
Many however, will be unable to do this, for they cannot bring themselves to acknowledging the existence of a dimension “outside” what they can “touch” with their senses, which dimension is goodness and is directly in control of this one. So only a comparative few in this dimension will “rule”; ie, cooperate with the other dimension, by remaining steadfast and unmoveable in seeing the purpose of evil as the preparer for good.
